• GoHighLevel — our CRM and marketing platform, used to store contact information and manage client accounts
• Stripe — our payment processor, used if you purchase a plan or add-on. Stripe's privacy policy applies to any payment data
• Google — we may use Google Workspace for email communication

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and handles your data according to their terms.

How long we keep your information

If you contact us but don't become a client, we retain your information for up to 12 months in case you want to follow up later, then delete it.

If you become a client, we retain your information for the duration of our relationship and for up to 2 years after your last service, for billing and record-keeping purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Request that we delete your information
• Opt out of any future communication from us
